Rhianna Stephens

Rhianna brings strategic leadership and advanced clinical expertise to her role as Clinical Manager at Scars & Lasers, overseeing all laser and dermatologic surgical services while developing personalised, results-focused treatment pathways. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Otago and a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Science from the University of Auckland, and brings over 10 years’ experience as a fertility scientist, with extensive laboratory and analytical expertise.

Her laboratory background now underpins the operational leadership of the Mohs laboratory, where precision, quality control, and scientific rigour are paramount. Beyond clinical oversight, Rhianna has played a central role in the renovation and development of the practice’s new purpose-built facility, driving operational excellence and elevating the patient journey. Her commitment to innovation, governance, and superior patient outcomes continues to define the standard of care at Scars & Lasers.
