Marica is the newest member of our administrative team, supporting the front desk and working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative staff to ensure all reception responsibilities are managed efficiently and professionally. She brings a background in beauty therapy, providing her with a strong foundational understanding of cosmetic products and skin care principles.

In addition to her aesthetic knowledge, Marica has experience across office administration, including previous medical reception positions. This diverse background has strengthened her organisational skills and deepened her understanding of patient confidentiality and the importance of discretion within a specialist medical environment.

Marica is known for her bright, welcoming personality and her proactive approach to patient care. She consistently goes above and beyond to support both our team and our patients, contributing to the warm, seamless experience that defines Scars & Lasers.
